I'm 24 hrs. into a 36 hr. fast.

 I'm not hungry and have lost about 4 pounds so far. I didn't think that fasting would be this easy. I had some hunger pangs before I went to bed, and I just drank water and coffee, and they went away.

I'll try to find the YouTube vlog that started me on this course. 

I think this was the vlog that started me fasting.

My Gambling Might be Expressing Itself in My Silver Buying

 I'm bidding more for silver coins than what I have in the bank. I think it's another form of gambling. I hope that someone else wins the auction. It's just sick.

I Still Have my Job

 I didn't get fired but I feel that they are trying to get rid of me.

 I should have gone to work yesterday. I had car troubles and skipped work.

Now I wonder if I still have a job. We'll see. 

I'm burned out on all the sweeping and swabbing anyway.

I'm Back

 I got back from California a couple of days ago. I've been at work for two days now. and I broke my new Chromebook. I replaced the keyboard, but I messed up the motherboard in the process. Fortunately, a used one only costs $22 on Amazon. 

It'll be here in a couple of days. 

There is all sorts of news today. I think I'll link something about Epstein.

I''m in California

 I'm using my normal computer so I'm not having trouble with the keyboard. I drove to Starbucks this morning. I had trouble getting back into the gate, but it went well.
